McDonald's — Restaurant in Tracadie-Sheila

Horrible service and horrible experience. Made an online order and waited over half an hour for my food. When they showed they didn’t even have everything. We ordered 3 kids meal with 3 drinks. They brought 2 kids meal with 4 drinks. When we told them they were missing one they where confused even though the receipt was taped on the box. She went inside came back out without the missing food looking confused. Showed her the receipt, she takes it, goes back inside comes back out 10 minutes later with the 3rd box. We had ordered apples, we got fries. We had ordered honey they gave us hot mustard and not enough straws. We got no apologies, she said thank you. Called the supervisor and she was extremely rude. No apologies, said she didn’t have time to argue and she could pass the phone to another supervisor. Is that how your supposed to treat customers?? Not...

Came all the way here from Miramichi as my son had a soccer so I thought I'd take the kids for lunch before their game. My fries tasted like they were cooked, then cooked again and then left there as they were very soggy and cold, asked for a quarter BLTcombo and they gave me just a quarter pounder combo with cheese, kids meals had pickles on the burgers when I specifically asked for them to only have cheese and ketchup, &didn't receive the right size cups for our order. My frozen coffee frappe was not frozen but liquid. And they don't have enough bilingual staff on to even understand someone ordering in English. Very disappointed to say...

I have to be honest I was really disappointed. I had preordered on my app before going to pick it up, I live around 10 minutes away. When I got there (at 11h44 pm) I got in line in the drive tru (2 alternating). It took more than 15 min to get my order + I had bought half a dozen of doughnut and they were still half frozen. I have to say this though these might be the reasons for what happened. 1- Lack of employees 2- New employees 3- having the 2 drive tru opened at that time of the day.
