Papa Pizza — Restaurant in Val-des-Monts

At 2pm I confirmed the Papa Pizza located at Val Des Monts would deliver to Chemin Vipond, 15 minutes away. They confrmed absolutely. At 6pm, I ordered two extra larges. By 730pm they had not arrived so after calling 8 times without answering they finally picked up and assured it was on its way. It is 9:18pm and I am still without pizza and they have outright stopped answering their phone. I have called almost two dozen times. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Just SAY you can't deliver to this location! And if you don't the 1st or 2nd time I ask, maaaaybe by the 3rd time speak the hell up. I hate you. update delivery guy arrived 3.5 hours after I ordered. They are the only place that delivers in Val des Monts and they know it very well. They overcharge and clearly do NOT offer a 2 for 1 pizza deal.

One good point: the delivery people are always kind and friendly.

After a lot of bad experiences, and reaching out to them in the past with no changes, I will not be ordering from there again. I am usually a ‘encourage local business kind of person’ but not at any cost.
