This was my third and definitely LAST time coming here. What they served me was basically a cup of milk with the faintest hint of matcha. The color alone showed how weak it was. I politely asked if they could just add a little more matcha so it would actually taste like what I ordered, but instead of helping, the barista disappeared into the back, spent 10 minutes gossiping with a coworker and the manager, and then came out only to tell me “that’s the recipe” and refuse to fix it.

The manager himself was dismissive and rude, telling me maybe the other two times I got a proper drink it was a “mistake.” So your mistake is making something correctly, and your standard drink is watered down milk with no flavor? That says it all.

Too sad of what’s this place has become. I was just kicked out of the restaurant after not realizing that it just closed. Music was playing when all lights went off. The girl (she must be 18) appears in the dark to tell me to get out….in those words. As I’m trying to gather my personal belongings I ask if she can turn the light on…she reluctantly does and repeats its 5 minutes passed 9:30 pm. Lucky I’m a regular and I’ll be speaking with the owner as soon as he contacts me.I have reduced eyesight and can’t see in the dark and I was literally forced to leave the place totally humiliated by an 18 year that has no sense of business.
