Today just right now I bought veggie footlong and your stuff treat like we are mad and there were two guys working at the front and they donât know how to treat customers how to talk with them. At the very first i asked him i need to be toasted and grilled at the end. When he was done with making it i asked him to grilled for me and he dined â he said that our cleaning of grilled will be messed up because there are so many sauces on your sub we canât grilled itâ even though he donât apologized me for this and nothing and just took payment and done . I visited to many subways nobody denied you for grilling it just because of your cleaning. If you want your store to be cleaned then shut down your store and just do cleaning no need to take any order if youâre are denying your customers because of your cleanliness. Even i am working as a store manager for restaurant but my stuff donât do like this. Our owner donât allow this thing that you dined for giving service and you guys charging full price but still youâre not providing good service to your customers. When I pointed it out she was unapologetic and insisted it was my fault, not hers. The pricing is another problem. The prices on posters and display screens donât match whatâs in their system, so unless you check your bill carefully, you might get overcharged. today I am so disappointed with the subway. And sharing my experience. The order is not as per my requirements, I placed the order by using the online Subway app. Bread is too dry and it's like gum. I asked for more white as well as black Olives but I hardly find Olives.
My sub is full of lettuce hardly find any other requested ingredients. There is no spinach, no onion, tomatoes and no cheese at all. Only they added a few jalapeno papers.
The sub is not cut properly, one side is too big and another side is small. I asked for sauces but again the quantity is very very little. I received a sub with dry bread and full of lettuce.
