If there was a zero stars option on this location that is what I would give it. Poor service right from the start. She actually turned her back on me and went to package an order that wasn't cooked yet. She just ignored me and that left both of us waiting on this order to be ready. When she had packed the order she handed it to the girl on the drive through window so that girl could hand it off to the customer in his car. The drive through girl was doing nothing the whole time and could have easily waited for and packed this order. But I guess someone has delegated who does what and her attitude was that "its not my job". Poor customer service and even worse training. This location should be taken over by someone with a clue as to how to manage a fast food restaurant. I wont be back until I see the "Under New Management" sign at...

WOW! My husband and I just tried the "Beyond Meat" burger and it was amazing. If you plan on trying it, be prepared to wait about 5 minutes or so while they cook it up fresh. This wasn't a problem for us and actually seemed like a bonus. Cooked for us on the spot, instead of sitting under a lamp for who knows how long? Anyway, the staff at this location are great, the server made fresh coffee and brought our order out to the car. I would strongly urge anyone who is thinking about trying this product to do so. You will be surprised at how great it is. We're going to try the "Beyond Meat" breakfast sausage and egg soon. I visited this A&W location with a friend this weekend and had a deeply disappointing experience. The staff's attitude was shockingly rude. There were two employees who seemed more interested in sitting around and joking than attending to customers. When one of the them finally served me, her demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. She glared at me and offered no polite response, which made the interaction feel extremely unpleasant. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I strongly suggest the owner gets more polite staff as I have never encountered such horrible service.
