Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Wellington North

Only 1 employee running Mr. sub and the gas station on a Sunday afternoon. We got 3 subs and it took him 30 minutes to make it. Once he was finally finished and wrapped our subs he left to check people out for gas, while the subs were just sitting there and all we had to do was pay. Then one of us left and already paid and he comes running out of the store and accused me for not paying for it, so I had to pull up my banking app to prove it. He took so long to do everything and jumped around all over the place not finishing one task at hand first that he forgot who paid. Also, it was only 2 customers for gas and 3 subs too make and he got that confused. I don’t see the point of ever coming back here for a sub when you want a quick lunch since it takes 30 minutes and you get accused for not paying and don’t even get an apology for the mix up. This particular location is pick up only. There is no seating. However it's located on a convenience store at a gas station, so there's a variety of snacks and goods one can get while picking up the subs. The staff make exceptionally good subs. They really stuff the subs with veggies and toppings, more than other locations. Service is prompt and polite. I haven't experienced any line ups or waiting. Went in the evening only one person a head of us and one behind us so not busy and obviously for good reason . staff were rude, not sure if they understand English, couldn't follow instructions on basic toppings didn't toast subs when asked twice, gave us attitude when we ordered more then one sub. Pretty pricey for food that's not made to customers basic requests. My five year old would have done a better job . Won't be going there again 1 out of 10...
