Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Wellington North

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. This use to be the best Tim Hortons in the area, but I was hugely disappointed at my last visit. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe the situation that just happen! We choice to come into the store, because we were ordering sandwiches. No one was making our sandwiches, so after a fair amount of time I asked if someone could finish my order instead of ignoring me for the drive thru. An employee that was out of uniform, leaving for the day and flipping her long blonde hair back and forth in the restaurant was so disrespectful!! The way she spoke to me as a customer was disgusting. She told me that they had to focus on the drive thru over customers in the store. I asked what makes them more important than me. She looked at me and said "they are!"!! And then continued to tell me that that is their managers decision to focus on the drive over walk in customers. She was so disrespectful! I could not believe that she spoke to a customer like that! If a manger reads this and would like to have a conversation about this situation I would be more than happy to...

Today was a funny one! I picked a bad time to hit the drive thru for some food! (5:30). The girls working were short handed and still served me with a smile! Although it took 18 minutes start to finish entry to exit! I thanked them very much and shot them 5$ each!!!! Thank you too "THE OTHER FRONT LINE WORKERS"!!!!

Every single person that works healthcare gets there coffee, morning snack, breakfast, lunch, ice coffee, TimBeibs LoL from these people that work for 15$ an hour! Let's get our priorities strait and not forget about the people that feed us, caffeinate us, and serve us, or the people that fix the cars we drive, fix the roads you drive on, run the power plants we get our energy from, and many many many more!!! +Tax.

Don't forget to tip your server!!!! Just because you're sitting in your car doesn't men they aren't working on serving you!!! Let's get real!

I am hoping the manager and the owner of this establishment read this. I was in the store on Thursday September 28 . Long story short older lady served me, she was a little confused on button to push for not toasted so she told the tall blonde 20 something girl at the bagel station to not toast. At that point the 20ish girl proceeded to make fun of and centre out the older woman. I am guessing she was trying to impress the young man that was standing there having a conversation for quite sometime with her. She was disrespectful and rude to the older woman. I am guessing because I commented that "respect your elders" no longer applies the girl was irritated and passed me my bagel without eye contact or verbal communication.
