Today I went through the drive through of this restaurant, and it took a good 20+ minutes then they asked us to pull aside because they were waiting for something in my order. So we pull off to the side and wait another 3 or so minutes before going into the restaurant. They offered a full refund and still to give us our food for the long wait we experinced. The refund would not process no matter how many times they tried, so instead they offered a 4 pack of their bottled root beer. Once we got back to the vehicle we noticed they had also included 2 apple turnovers at no charge. They absolutely went above and beyond for us due to the wait we had because they got unexpectedly busy. Very happy with the service we recieved today despite the wait. They randomly open and close the inside to customers. No reason for it whatsoever. One day it’ll be open the next it’s closed. Usually closed though. Nothing to do with covid. So if you’re not in a car you have to walk through the drive thru. I’ve had to wait several minutes at the window trying to get their attention. Other times they’ll tell you to stand to the side and help several other customers in cars before getting to you. If you’re gonna go here make sure you’re going through the drive thru in your car. Also, their mobile app tells me they don’t accept mobile orders at this location, and they don’t care and won’t do anything about it or honour their deals.
