This review is for the West Kelowna bakery. Have been enjoying the food and service here for years until lately. Food is still great but the service has really gone downhill. Have experienced odd behavior you can walk in and be the only customer. This one staff member will see you and turn away and try to appear busy. Won't acknowledge your even in the store. Was out looking for a great coffee and sandwich shop. Asked the goggle gods and was directed to this little spot. It has a wonderful sandwich shop with a good selection of backed goods. Also the bakery puts out some really excellent sourdough bread. Also a bunch premade frozen foods that you just need to reheat. Staff are very friendly and helpful. No in-store dinning. Quick stop in this morning for coffees - I had an American Misto with oat milk and my hubby had an Americano Conpanna - the best we’ve ever had and the service was top notch. We bought two loaves of bread and before we even left the lot we had to sample it - cranberry sourdough for the win!!! If you’re in the neighbourhood stop by.
