New Orleans Pizza — Restaurant in West Perth

Horrible customer service. If I could rate you a 0 I would. I ordered pizza two hours ago, and never got it. Called them to ask what the issue was, and they said it was already delivered. But I never got it. I told them "I never got it, no one ever knocked on my door. Or delivered it." AND the lady on the phone continuously told me as if she knew everything that "my driver says she delivered it so it's there. It was delivered an hour ago. It's there. It's the right address." I had TO CONTINUOUSLY SAY. I DONT HAVE A PIZZA? IT WAS THE WRONG ADDRESS? I don't have a pizza. I know it's not your fault, but the driver made a mistake. And all she kept saying was it was delivered. And then proceeded to tell me she could make me a new pizza. And I just had it. Why would I want to order again?? Why would I want to risk another pizza going to the right (wrong) address ? Never ordering...

Absolute worst service I have ever received. The delivery driver was extremely ignorant to me as I walked in the door of the store, and not a single apology from any of the staff that witnessed. All they said was "oh I'm glad it wasnt directed at me this time. I walked up to the counter to pick up my order that had been ordered a half hour before hand and was told 20 mins on the phone. I was told my order "wasnt quite done yet" so I sit on the very dirty, uncomftorble chair for another 30 minutes. I finally ask if my order is ready, and the woman at the counter looks in the warmer where they put the completed orders, low and behold my order was sitting there the entire time! The pizza here is BUSSIN! My family & I moved out of the GTA & got mad cravings for good pizza. We tried another place but we weren't 100% satisfied. There's a location near us but heard this location was far better and we weren't disappointed. The dough had a lovely subtle crispiness at the bottom, the sauce was mad tasty and our pizza was just cooked perfectly! We had a couple slices in the car on the way back home before it got cold and wow the drive to this location was worth it.
