I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons in Mitchell, Ontario on September 22, 2025.
I ordered a small black iced coffee with no milk. The employee gave me an iced coffee with milk. I reminded her that I wanted it without milk — which was fine, as miscommunication can happen. However, her response was dismissive and she insisted that “all iced coffees come with milk.” When I clarified again, she became visibly annoyed.
Another staff member (I assume the manager) quickly prepared the correct order without any issue. Unfortunately, while this was happening, I saw the original employee rolling her eyes, making faces, and saying something about me to her colleagues. This attitude was unprofessional and completely unnecessary.
I raised this with the manager, as the issue wasn’t the initial mistake but the disrespectful behaviour afterwards. I have ordered the exact same iced black coffee without milk in Toronto, Kenora, Winnipeg, and Grand Bend without any problems.
I left very disappointed with the service at this location. Miscommunications happen, but customers should not be made to feel disrespected when clarifying...

We went through the drive through this morning on our lunch break, and whoever was on the speaker for the drive through needs to figure out how to not rush you/be respectful to you. Every time we have gone, we have gotten the same girl. She always ends the order screen before we finish our order- and then proceeds to get grumpy when we say there is more to our order. Along with saying "Dont stop. Keep going. Come on." Along with giving very VERY long pauses before asking if something on the order is correct and or if we are done, giving us an annoyed tone. If you hate your job enough to rush people in the drive through when ordering for less than a minute (it only takes longer because you interupt) and hate it enough to just be outright disrespectful with the tones of voices you use- why do you work in...

Firstly, the person who was taking drive through order was extremely frustrated. We ordered bagels, croissant and quencher. By the time even we reach the window, order was all ready. We confirmed if everything was delivered and was told yes.
Second, we checked the bag and bagels were hardly tosted with very minimal butter. We were missing the croissants.
Went inside and told them about missing items. They had no clue they were out of items and till took the order. We were told to buy something else as person handling the counter was not aware where the croissants were.
After a long wait they came back with croissants which were not heated. When asked they said they already heated.
Overall it was a disappointment experience from this well...
