Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Westville

Standing in line. Waiting for about 15 mins now. All I want is a coffee. Only 3 people ahead of me. All 3 orders were made wrong and had to be re-made. 6 staff in a tiny work space, all fumbling over eachother. Cracked tiles and a wet spot below a dripping beverage machine (I've never seen it not like that) Wifi is on but rarely works.

My dog passed away today and to commemorate him, my partner and I went to get plain timbits. They had approximately 125 plain timbits so, I asked to buy 100 of them, and the rep wouldn’t sell me more than 20 in case other people wanted them. That’s completely unacceptable and lazy, considering more can be made. My partner then went inside and the nice lady at the counter, gave her a box of 100 Tim bits.
