Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Whitecourt

Third time in the restaurant, every time they give me something new to be disappointed at. The second time the person eye rolled at us and give no proper service at all because we took an extra second to think about our order, and there was no one behind us. Today, I was having a hard time understanding this lady's accent, so I asked her to repeat and said I don't understand what she said, she just walked away without telling me what happened. 2 minutes later, her Asian college showed up to serve. I am born and raised Canadian, I don't want to overanalyze the situation as a racist situation as normal people would do. But you do have to check the service standard at this location. I don't expect it to be 5 stars because it's a Tim's but I do expect to get enough cream cheese to Actually eat, I ordered a toasted plain Bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese, and I truly think my 4 year old nephew could do a much better job if I asked him and gave him the 3$. Such a waste of time as I had to return to the store after I was already home because it was not Toasted and had 1 tea spoon of cream cheese on it. Everytime I go through the drive thru at either location in whitecourt my order is always messed up somehow. Today for instance I ordered six hash browns and two breakfast farmers wraps an apple juice and an extra large tea triple triple. I paid for my order drove home opened the bag only had one breakfast farmers wrap opened my tea and the forgot to put sweetener in it the store wasn't busy either so no reason for things to be missing from my order it has gotten to the point where I will no longer be stopping there for anything unless they can get their poop in a group and start getting orders right...
