If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

first time I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich, and I went into the store. Slow slow service.

I mentioned that I had been waiting for 15 minutes to the staff when we hit that point. All for a sausage biscuit in the morning.

I thought maybe it was just a fluke, and I stopped in this weekend and parked the truck at 1201. Was inside with 5 people in front of me. 5 minutes later, my order was done and I was waiting for a sandwich and a wrap.

and waited.

and waited.

18 minutes for the food to come out for me. I was back in the truck with the sandwiches at 1227.

The staff also have challenges announcing what order is up. The two working the counter said in a REALLY quiet voice what coffee or other drinks came out. I was 4 feet from them and I could hardly hear. People were standing around waiting, and then had to come over and find their own drinks that were just sitting there, as they couldn't hear they were up.

I was in petawawa at the timmy's there, and had a sandwich and on my way within 5 minutes. Same at LOTS of other locations.

Not worth my time to wait around here for them to figure out how to make sandwiches with any speed. I won't be back, and don't suggest...

Not a fan of the fast food drive thru style. Parking lot is very busy and chaotic. Much prefer the Country Style across the street as I find the coffee better and the food fresher and homemade. *update- Country Style now no longer in service across the street. Terrible shame as I just spent $45 in this Tim Hortons. The lg can of coffee, XLG coffee & donuts were fine. Service was painfully slow and grumpy! By the time I finally got my breakfast sandwiches & hashbrowns tossed across the counter at me (she turns and storms away), they were terrible! English muffins weren’t toasted, cold processed cheese on rubbery overcooked eggs. Disgusting! No sense complaining as you waited soooo long to get them in the first place, who’s got time for that?! An’ it wouldn’t kill them to smile once in awhile would it? Do...

This establishment is not run by owner very well I go frequently on weekends and its always understaffed and the staff are all very young and seems like they dont have enough training and no one seems to be leading them. It just took me 45min for 3 hot drinks and a muffin. Upon getting my order I finally tasted my decaf coffee to find out it wasn't made properly and the taste was horrible I'd return but I don't have another 46 min to wait. Very disappointed last 3 visits with my orders not being correct. There definitely needs to be some management on hand on weekends instead of throwing these young kids out...
