My food is always made correctly and done with care, the employee is always friendly and kind, but when I go, there is never more than one person working. I typically get dinner once a week for my family either Friday or Saturday after work, around dinner time. These are probably some of the busiest times for any restaurant and only having one employee working really slows down service. I typically order online ahead of time, but I've seen multiple people walk out after waiting for 5 minutes or more with no movement in the line. The employee is working as swiftly as possible, but there's only so much that can happen with only one person working. I've also noticed that even though it's a relatively newer building, there are small repairs all around the store that are done with masking tape or scotch tape.
