Coco Frutti Windsor — Restaurant in Windsor

Terrible service. We were seated without menus. We were offered coffee but never arrived. After 15 minutes I got up to ask for menus. Waited another 10 minutes and asked a waiter to take our order. Asked again for coffee, as we never got any. Waited another 25 minutes for our order. While another couple got same terrible service and left before ordering. Another couple beside us were also seated without menus and needed to ask for some. They were seated for at least 20 minutes and never got their order in. While another couple sat and were served immediately and got their orders, same plates as ours, 5 minutes after we got ours. This place needs a manager, there were 7 employees working in the dining room and they did not have control of the situation. Waiters had tables across the restaurant instead of having a section. This is not a big restaurant maybe 75 seating places. I have been to this restaurant many times over the past 10 years and since they changed administration service is now bad. The last time I went was maybe 6 months ago and service was as bad. I am very disappointed as there are little to none breakfast restaurants in Windsor. C'est avec une grande tristesse que je fais ce review. Nous sommes aller manger 3 fois depuis le changement de propriétaire. La première fois le service et la nourriture était ok mais loin de ce que nous avions avant et tout les prix avait augmenter de quelques dollars. La deuxième fois que nous sommes aller manger la nourriture était ok mais le service affreux (on ne nous a pas demander quel sorte de pain nous voulions et en plus ils sont venu nous porter nos toast quand nous terminons nos assiettes.) Aucun vouvoiement, aucun sourire. La troisième fois que nous sommes aller manger la nourriture encore ok mais toujours très loin de ce que nous avions auparavant. Le service était tout simplement horrible nous avons attendu plus de 15mins pour avoir du café (ma conjointe a du aller leur demander). On ne m'a toujours pas demander quel sorte pain nous voulions. Aucun bonjour, aucun sourire et un service très brusque et presser. Personne n'est venu valider si tout était ok. Beaucoup d'erreur et de problèmes autour de nous. Et pour terminer longue attente pour payer(Nous étions seul a attendre en passant). Donc pour conclure autant ce restaurant a déjeuner sous sont ancien propriétaire était notre favoris que maintenant il est dans mes pire. Payer plus pour moin de service n'est pas une recette gagnante. C'est avec beaucoup de tristesse que je ne suggère pas a personne ce restaurant.

Awesome food and the price is quite average of what you would find elsewhere. If you were to choose a place in Windsor I'd definitely recommend this place.
