Johnny Resto — Restaurant in Windsor

Couple weeks ago I went and they had to redo my pizza burger 3 times I explained to them I'm allergic to mushrooms and peppers and I guess they don't listen or don't care and again went back tonight to have a pizza burger and told them no mushrooms and no peppers and what do they do they put what I told them not to put I ask to talk to the boss and I guess it was the boss himself doing the food pretty sad for a boss doesn't look good

I ask for garlic breed with cheese I get the garlic breed no cheese on it

Also ask for Onion rings they were burnt

I wanted to see what I can do about 2 times going and all the hassle I had and 0 service

I have ALWAYS had wonderful service, in the restaurant or having my food delivered. Wonderful customer service, the ladies who work there are absolutely wonderful. And the delivery people are very nice and respectful! And the food is always 👌🏼 perfect, if there is anything wrong with the delivery they fix it asap. I absolutely lovs ordering from here. Nous sommes des clients réguliers de ce restaurant, ayant toujours apprécié la qualité et la constance de leur cuisine. Cependant, notre dernière visite un dimanche à 16h a été une source de déception notable.

À notre grande surprise, les plats servis n'étaient pas à la hauteur de nos attentes habituelles. Les patates frites, normalement croustillantes et chaudes, nous ont été servies tièdes, presque froides. Le plus décevant fut les filets de poulet panés : ils étaient excessivement cuits, au point d'être durs et immangeables. Cela donnait l'impression que les filets avaient été cuits ou réchauffés à plusieurs reprises. Nous étions un peu pressés par le temps alors nous avons ramené les restants chez nous mais les filets se sont finalement ramassés aux vidanges. (voir photo)

Cette expérience nous a particulièrement attristés car nous aimons beaucoup ce restaurant et avons toujours eu de bonnes expériences par le passé. Nous espérons que ce n'était qu'un incident isolé et non le reflet d'une baisse générale de qualité. Nous tenons à partager notre expérience en toute honnêteté, dans l'espoir que le restaurant retrouve son niveau de qualité habituel, qui nous a tant...
