We were very excited to try our this bakery from the other side of the city as our favourite bakery S squared patisserie closed down last year. As half of the website is in French and some digging here and there in Google Reviews we were all very hopeful about their product quality. The staff was really friendly and they offer great selections, prices are pretty decent as well. However half of the products are too sweet for us. We bought: Paris Brest - sweet but the nutty flavor saves it Mixed Berry/Cherry Choco croissant - ok as Im not the one tasting it Lemon Meringue croissant - we all agreed that this is a pretty weird combo, the sour lemon paste/cream and overly sweet meringue dont pair really well with croissant Mixed berry and Pistachio eclairs - the pistachio cream both inside and on top are just too sweet even when you take the bite with the sour berries on top Pistachio Cruffins - never tried cruffins before and while I appreciate the concept, again, the sweetness of the pistachio cream ruined it Plain Croissant - the true bakery test but no it was quite dissapointing. The layers are there but its just too dry and not buttery enough to our expectation. Mille Feuille - actually quite nice but again, too sweet. Would like to try out their bread but we probably wont be coming back again as it does not worth the far drive. Overall its a nice little bakery for family within the area, just...

I ordered cupcakes on my wedding day and signed a contract with them when I placed my order to test some of the cupcakes we decided from their menu when speaking to the manager I asked for the specific cupcakes. From the discussion with the manager he stated that the cupcakes we decided would be in the tasting package. So I said ok when I arrived at the bakery and they gave me tasting of just bases and icing separately. I asked can I have the two types of cupcakes that I originally wanted in my order. This conversation went on and on until they finally made the two types of cupcakes I originally asked for. After getting the cupcakes the staff told me that the contract signed you do not to make any payments because they have a new system so they said pay when you pick up your order. So I waited and then all sudden with no notice I get a email saying order is cancelled. So I call the owner to get information and to explain what I was told by their own staff. For the owner he didn't care what I had to say they decided to double book wedding day without any notice and told me there's nothing I can do or say no matter what.

Working with them has been a struggle from start to finish and if the owner contacted me at all things would of been resolved but they decided to cancel...

We order the cake for my son half birthday so we asked them to make it half cake and i made full payment on same day still they asked to make a payment again while my husband pick it up at store. Second of all cake top 2 layer was fall a part when we reched home because of cake was so moist and way to soft we call them to fix it because it was my son birthday party and I can’t arrange another cake so lady over the phone said she can’t help us all she can do is she will refund over charged payment and offer a gift card to compensate. So when my husband was at store she said they can’t offer anything to compensate because we didn’t asked for delivery at home.😡 About cake icing suppose to be soft and creamy but it wasn’t it was fallen in to small pieces like hard rock. Be careful while dealing this kind of people!! They will ruin...
