Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Wow, the steady decline is real. Domino's has been my go-to place for pizza for years since they revamped their menu and had more of a focus on quality. But each visit seems to get worst and worst over time. I'm not one to usually complain, but things are getting ridiculous as prices continue to go up or value is reduced. The cheesy bread received today was laughable, imagine charging $9 (with coupon) for an oversized pizza pop with the same amount of cheese as one lol. The feast pizza for some reason tasted just like the tandoori chicken one for some reason.. but what really sets me off is the moron of a delivery driver basically just leaves the food outside in the wintery porch of Winnipeg. Why offer a txt option for delivery if you aren't going to use it and let your customers know when delivery is about to arrive? I usually pick up my order as it's not too far, but today was very busy so I'm soooooo glad I chose to prepay a useless driver + tip to have my food sit out in the cold, because you know, sending a txt saying that it's delivered would have been too much to ask. Lesson learned folks, never pay these businesses up front, and this way you can make sure driver earns their tip. You would think making things easier for them, they would do you the courtesy of not f'n up a delivery. Next time (big IF) just deliver my food in a cooler full of ice, at least my drinks will be...

What in to order stuffed cheesy bread. Was asking we were here for pickup we said no we would like order here. Staff seemed a little annoyed by that and then proceeded to say it would take a half an hour wait and we said that’s fine. We asked about the price difference between the pepperoni and cheese versions of the product and multiple times was ignored and the order was just places without clarifying if there was a price difference. We then just gave up and paid for our stuffed bread as well as a garlic sauce. We came back a half an hour later and picked up the food. When given the food we had to remind them we had a sauce before we left else we would have not received it. When we looked at the product there was only one pepperoni on top and it wasn’t sliced. We went back in and clarified if there was supposed to be more pepperoni and they said there was 16 pieces inside. We understand if it couldn’t be cut because it was a stuffed product but it seemed a little weird there was only one pepperoni on top. This location is very hit and miss and I don’t think I’ll be back for a while after my last order. I always order light cheese but my pizzas were not light cheese. This happens a lot at this location but I deal with it and pick my pizza apart just so I can eat it. But the worst part of my last experience was watching the delivery driver playing around with his personal phone on a FaceTime call while pulling a pizza out of the oven and cutting/ boxing. He did not wash his hands and did not wear gloves. All while speaking a different language on his personal phone call. I find this disgusting and extremely unprofessional.
