Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I’m a guy who never does these reviews ever. I walked in for pick up and the only guy in there while the other was shoveling just stared at me without saying anything and then said “just wait” awesome…my pizza was put into the box and was barely cut, he handed me the receipt that he didn’t look at then asked ME “how much is it” lol. I said here’s the receipt, you tell me. It was $16.79 and I gave him $21.80 he then asked me how much he owes me back, and I said you probably shouldn’t be asking the customer that, don’t you guys have calculators? I got a medium extravaganza pizza and it barely had any toppings on it, dominoes is know for their awesome fresh mushrooms(when did we start mincing them?) barely any minced mushrooms on, they pizza had 4 huge bubbles, bubbles that push the toppings off and might as well be a bread stick now, wasted 2 pieces of just dough. Of course prices have went up since the pandemic but now it seems like the quality is as well. Transcona already has the worst Gondola pizza in the province, please don’t go down that road. I’m a realist and hoping this is a one off, I will come back but just like Gondala, if it happens a second or third time then I will...

Ordered for pickup, my wife tried the door it was locked. Nowhere did it say that we could not pick up in the lobby on the app nor at the store. She came back to the car, I called, a guy walked up and he was greeted right away. Fine, maybe a misunderstanding.

We get our food, go home and the dips we ordered aren't there. Ok, $2 whatever. We open up the pizzas which are still not because we live close by but the garlic fingers are ice cold, dry, stale and like they have been sitting there for hours. We had high hopes for this place because our first order was good, but I see that may have been a first impression thing. The fact I had to pay for garlic fingers that were likely ordered by someone else who didn't pick it up, and never got items I paid for is too much to overlook. Just picked up a double pepperoni pizza and it is SO GREASY, see the photos. Almost entire pizza was soaked underneath with grease, kids didn’t even want to eat it. I get pepperoni is greasy, but we’ve never had one like this before. Also, is this what regular pizza crust is like now?? We’ve had a few regular crust pizzas from here and they are basically thin crust, can’t even hold a slice without it completely flopping over.
