Lunch Bento is a great deal. $16.95 comes with soup and salad, nigiri, sashimi, deep fried gyoza (2 pieces) , edamame (Not that much, but there's so much else it was fine), California roll and tempura. I upgraded to Alaska roll paying $1 instead of getting the california. Everything tasted fresh.

I was not expecting the tempura to be as big. It is a generous portion and fried right.

Pricing is very reasonable here. Base roll price (Tuna roll) is $4.25. There was a 60% to 40% for the fish to rice ratio. The chopped scallop that was balanced and didn't have too much rice. More like a 80% filling, 20% rice.

Salad was fresh. Shredded cabbage which makes mixing the dressing very easy and evenly. Soup was standard miso.

There was some issue with service but she was the only one on during the lunch hour. The gamjatang was decent. There was a ridiculous amount of meat inside and it is served bubbling hot. They should also serve side plates but we were missing them so didn't get to try them at the time. We did ask for them to be packed up.

Parking is easy in a huge lot.

This might be my new sushi spot for this area! When I did return for dinner I felt it was more average. Had the sashimi and also ordered the other Korean soup to try. I didn't prefer the soups here. It's still good, but the lunch bento was spectacular. The rolls we ordered we you very large...

The food was ok however when my family of 4 came to eat dinner in Friday at 5pm when they open they didn’t even started our order at 6:25pm. When we inquired what was taking so long they said they needed to do all the skip orders first. We were the first and only customers in the restaurant. I watched as other people left because they were waiting too long. Sadly, this is not the first time they were terribly slow. I came another time with my husband and we waited for over an hour and we were the only person in the restaurant. We didn’t have kids at the time so we didn’t mind it too much. The bathroom was oddly placed as you have to pass by a storage unit before getting there. The garbage in the bathroom was already overflowing when they opened at 5? The toilet also had issues flushing. The atmosphere was ok. A lot of mix match decor and poor paint job.

The prices were not even great. It was ok. Honestly I would have rather ordered from fast food as I’m sure the food was have been the same but I would have got the food within 15 mins.

A family of 4 waited a total of 1 hour and 35 mins for 3 person dinner set and 1 ramen. Will not be coming back. Maybe just order from skip because they prioritize skip/ door dash over in...

First and foremost the owners here are really nice, felt genuinely welcomed when we walked in for dinner, we ordered mostly nigiris as we tend to judge a sushi place by the quality of the fish and the sushi rice and I must say Kai Sushi did not disappoint.

Everything we had was superb, the fish was fresh, the sushi rice seasoned, the ratio of fish to rice was perfect. Needless to say we were very satisfied with our dinner. The tempura was good and so was the dipping sauce that came with it, the miso soup was on point and perfect umami but not too salty, even the bakudan roll we had was good with a tangy spicy sauce. We highly recommend Kai Sushi and is definitely a bang for your buck sushi place.

Only thing preventing me from giving it a 5 star is the wasabi (yes fake wasabi = horse radish)they use have a bit of bitter after taste but if improved I would give them 5 stars!

Happy to try this place out and discover another...
