This place has amazing food choices, but quality definitely sucks. I have come here for dining many times and have ordered online as well. The quality of food started to suffer, then we started doing online orders only.
It happens twice in a row, that I ordered Manchurian and noodles online and I have never eaten such disgusting food. We’ve tried the same while dining in many times and never had complaints. I called them after the first experience, letting them know that there was something wrong with the order. They apologized n given a different item for the price.
Last week, I made another online order with Manchurian and noodles, n afghani chaap, and I called them specially, reminded them of awful food the last time and asked them to make it fresh this time. As always the chaap was delicious but Manchurian noodles both were a disappointment. I can’t explain how awful Manchurian balls tasted like, n noodles, just like they boiled it and sent it over, extremely dry n tasteless. I ordered 2 orders of each item, and had to through away all 4 of them.
This time, I didn’t even bother calling them cz I’ve understood the quality is gone from this place. It’s either the chef, or the old food or the expired ingredients being used, but something is definitely wrong with some items while other items are still my favourite from this place.
Such experience makes people run away so better consider it before it’s too late.
(2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ are for afgani chaap that was awesome)
**editing my review as coincidentally, someone made me eat bun Chana from this restaurant n I can’t explain, the material was so red n soo spicy that I swear I couldn’t breathe for few minutes. I have tears in my eyes n I’m swearing not to eat anything from this restaurant ever again. N I’ll make sure whosoever in my knowns would like to go, I’ll give them my honest review. Spicy as hell, got 4 pieces n can’t finish a single piece,...
Read moreMy husband, two young kids and I drove past this restaurant this evening a literally turned around, parked and dinned here because we could smell the delicious aroma wafting from the open door. Clean and ambient, we were seated right away in this bustling establishment. We were served by an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, and after hearing it was our first visit we’re given good recommendations on what to try. We ordered to share; noodle spring rolls, crispy cut pieces with two fresh dipping sauces one spicy one sweet. Samosa, hand made and deep fried to perfection filled with delightfully spicy vegetation filling. Out of this world mutton curry with garlic and butter naan bread. The curry was most flavourful and the naan was fresh crispy and chewy perfect for dipping into a homemade curry. All the food was fresh homemade and made to order, spiced just to our request and a myriad of tastes that married together perfectly. The tastes bright and savoury it really hit the spot. For an impromptu late dinner it was filling and just right. Prices were fair, and we all left full and can’t wait to come back to try other menu items ! Amazing food and...
Read moreNOTE FOR THE OWNER: PLEASE OPEN NEW RESTAURANTS ONLY WHEN YOU ARE FULLY STAFFED.
Atmosphere: We feel pitty for the staff working at this restaurant. So much under-staffed. No water, menu or Cutlery was offered.
Food: Honestly the 2 stars rating from our side was only because of the food. It was good, not bad, but because of mis-management, there was so much mess up in our order. “The momos were served with Ketchup”
Service: Your staff needs to have some knowledge of the items in the menu, to order one item, the server had to go thrice in the kitchen to confirm with the chef, which was causing more delays. If you can’t manage the crowd, the doors need to be locked after a certain time so that you can manage the customers already in there.
Place not recommended to be honest for dine-in, may be take out is advisable, but with that order food well in advance to avoid waiting. There are better Indian Places in the city with exceptional service.
Really want to empathise the staff working there, because none of it was their fault, the owner/ manager should be the one managing the...
