So I got into an argument about the way meatball subs should be made with the Sandwich artist at this location. She didn't put the meatballs in a row she put them staggered kind of beside each other and then I said hey do you mind putting the meatballs in a row. Then she explains that if she does that the meatballs may fall out I said I don't care I eat meatball subs like four times a month. So instead of just proceeding to make my sandwich and following the simple request of mine she left the meatballs and then my first bite was all bun and vegetables it would have been really nice to taste that delicious meatball. Now, I'm sure this sandwich artist is a really nice person, but it baffles me that your employee wouldn't make the sandwich the way I requested instead the way she thinks it should be made. If the customer asks for the meatballs outside of the bun altogether then why not do it you're getting paid either way. I'm really confused and thus I gave you one star for this location. She's the only one making meatball subs this way every other person that makes a meatball sub lines all the meatballs up in a row so that your first few bites has a meatball in it. Read moreIf I could put zero stars I would. Febuary 12, 2022 order number 1062C44F-98 at 6:25pm. Order was not prepared when I entered as it said on the online order and when I arrived and asked the staff why they were not ready they jestured at the sandwiches and said were just making them. As they were being prepared the amount of toppings did not reflect the order specific amount (i.e extra onions) the sandwiches had strands of toppings and were not even correct. One sandwich in perticular had the wrong type of cheese and the employee said "oh i assumed that both sandwiches would have the same cheese can I just put the other one on top" surprised by the idiocy it would take to mess up an order that is WRITTEN out on a bill for you to follow I agreed but this should not have happened in the first place. Another sandwich that we ordered (we only ordered 3) had the WRONG bread. How hard is it to put toppings on top of bread and choose the correct bread. All 3 sandwiches are not toasted either as requested. I would like a full refund and some compensation for this idioticy and I hope the staff working that night are...
Read moreI live nearby and bring my daughter to subway every Thursday evening for dinner. It’s your average Subway - except that the staff go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. It’s the Cheers of Moray Village (you youngins might need to google what that means)! I love that they take the time to interact with my daughter, including comp’ing us a sandwich once when she dumped hers on the floor or continuing to offer her vegetable toppings even though we all know she’ll turn up her nose (I appreciate the consistency!). I’ve tried to take my daughter to other Subways, but she typically refuses because they’re not “our” Subway. The subs are good, the restaurant is clean, and the staff make great recommendations if you want to try new things!...
