My experience was decent but I was exceedingly disappointed and intervened on another customers behalf. The customer in front on me and the new cashier both had accents and were clearly not understanding eachother well. I heard the customer ask three times for a grilled cheese, before stepping in and telling the cashier. I stepped back. The cashier processed his payment, and when asked for his donut, she said,
"Well you didn't order one, you needed to order a combo, you need to ask for it first!"
I was behind him, so I said politely, it is an easy fix, just refund him the amount, reenter it and give him the combo and recharge him. It took all of a minute to do...but because of his accent she didn't even want to try.
I found it ironic that someone who has a think accent would also discriminate against someone who also did. I don't believe I would have recieved the same interaction. Tim Horton's prides itself on it's customer service. This interaction left a sour taste in my mouth...that individual deserved more respect. Read moreI went to this location last summer-ish and ordered a coffee and a 10-pack of Timbits in drive thru. I got my order and took off. On the road, I opened the box and noticed it looked a little light. I was annoyed when I counted only 8 Timbits. As I continued to drive, I kept getting a whiff of a nasty stench and eventually realize it was the cup. I guess one of the employees hands was filthy? That really disgusted me. Fast forward to today. I’m heading to see a couple people so I figured I’d stop and grab some Timbits. This location is on the way, so, reluctantly, I thought I’d give them another try. After I got my order, I pulled into the parking lot and checked. Read moreI was here on a Sunday late morning and ordered a combo #1 with extras. Our order was provided and we were on our way to the lake, we opened our order and it wasn't what we ordered. We called back and were told that we could come back at a later date to replace our order - Today I went back and the store manager/supervisor was ignorant to me and then claimed they were only replacing one item from our order.
If you are looking for honesty, good food and customer service this isn't the place to go!!!!
