Arrived at 710pm, they didn't have ANY wraps, honey crullers, wedges. They prob didn't have a few other things but we ended up picking something they did. We had gone through the drive-thru & they gave us one of their small crave sandwiches (a half sandwich size) when it should have been a full sandwich since we had ordered the meal. We were on the highway when I noted this to my boyfriend, who ended up driving back. We entered the store where the male staff that did help us was quick and helpful. He actually made us a really delicious roastbeef sandwich to replace it. While waiting for it, a manager or some other male staff appeared from the back room, asked us to move to the side, we stated it would only take a second for them to serve us and that we already went out of our way to return to get the replacement. They rudely asked us to move to the other till to serve the other customer behind us that had just walked in, when they could have gone there themselves to help him, which didn't make sense to us. However, my recent visits have left me disheartened by the noticeable decline in customer service standards. During my most recent visit, I was surprised to find that the staff no longer greets upon arrival nor bids them farewell when they leave. The simple gestures of saying "Hi" or "Thank you" seem to have been forgotten, creating a stark contrast to the welcoming atmosphere that once defined this location. I believe that a refresher course on customer service and hospitality would greatly benefit the staff at this location.
