Honestly I never leave reviews for things like this but honestly the overall experience today and frequently at this location has been far from pleasant. It's often you wait for a very long time in their drive through (10 minutes plus in most cases) and then even by the time you get your food as many others have mentioned prior on here, it's unlikely it will even be correct. I've frequently had my wife and my orders mixed up or completely wrong only to get home to find out that it's either missing items or completely wrong. Well today I waited for 15+ minutes in the drive through and ordered a couple hashbrowns a simply sausage breakfast sandwich no egg on a biscuit and an extra large tea. I checked to make sure my hashbrowns and sandwich were in the bag and was going go check the contents of the sandwich but decided not to due to not wanting to hold up the line and drove the 10 minutes home. Well clearly that was a mistake. Not only did the Simply Sausage Breakfast Sandwhich with No Egg not only have Egg... it also had no Sausage and didn't even have the biscuit portion to both sides of the bun.... they literally used the biscuit for the bottom half of the sandwhich and then topped it with an english muffin bun for the top half? Really?... All in all this was a pretty disappointing experience when I was just trying to get something quick and in the end I ended up getting home almost 40 minutes later with food I didn't even want and not even made correctly. I'm not exaggerating when I say that you have a 80% chance of having an issue regardless of the time of day. Nearly every time I go inside I see people leaving out of anger for waiting for so long. Many many times I've seen nobody at the counter and having to wait 10 - 25 minutes for a basic order. You can almost guarantee that 50% of the menu is unavailable regardless if it's afternoon or even early dinner. The turnover of staff is crazy, every week they have new people and nearly each time your order will be incorrect.
I figured that I'd leave a review today since I went in at 5:00 pm on a Saturday and naturally they were out of almost everything. I saw 4 people leave the store with one guy yelling out of frustration because they main new sandwich that they have advertise was out of stock.
I was hoping that after the recent remodel that maybe they changed owners or staff, but unfortunately it's still extremely slow and disappointing as always.
Drive thru is slightly better in experience but if ever an option I just drive to the location on Gateway since they seem to know what they are doing at that location.
This location truly does deserve a 1/5 star review score for just how poorly ran it is.

Read moreI’m beyond frustrated and deeply disappointed with my experience at this Tim Hortons location. Honestly, this has been the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to.
Not once, but twice now they’ve messed up my order—and it’s not a small mistake. They verbally confirm everything like it’s all correct, but then they don’t punch it into the screen, so I have no way of confirming what’s actually being processed.
Then when I get to the window to pay—surprise, it’s wrong. Again. Missing items, and I’m left standing there trying to figure out why I even trusted them in the first place. So now I’m stuck driving all the way back, wasting my time and gas, just to fix their mistake.
And the worst part? Instead of helping me, the staff argues with me, claiming I never ordered what I very clearly did. It’s insulting. There was zero accountability, no apology, no professionalism—just attitude and blame-shifting.
I’m not just upset—I’m seriously disappointed. I expect better from a brand as big as Tim Hortons. Where’s the customer service? Where’s the satisfaction guarantee?
