Friendly Staff, Always clean. Fresh coffee
(Everything in the original review remains as is but I’m adding this update down below) Feb.18th, 2025
We went to scoop up our usual (two coffees and a bagel and donut) Decided I’d run in because the Drive-Thru was pretty long. Anyways whilst in there, there were LITERALLY the rudest customers I’ve ever seen. Two almost got into a fist fight with each other about who got in line first, another man came in SCREAMING at the poor 20something year old girl because he said something was wrong with his order. He wouldn’t confront any of the male employees, nope, only the female East Indian worker. I didn’t catch her name, but she WAS fantastic. She calmed down the two bozos who were ready to swing at each other by quickly opening the other till and taking the one guy’s order whilst the other’s was being made. She didn’t swear, cuss or even lose her smile when the stupid old man was screaming at her. She just got down to business and got them the hell out of her store. Listen I’m 6’3” about 200 pounds, I could’ve and WOULD have taken all 3 of these knuckleheads out if it came down to it, but nope she handled EVERYTHING professionally AND politely- when she definitely did NOT need to. All the employees there are key players and THEY DESERVE more gratitude than they receive. I personally told the girl she was doing a FANTASTIC job and that I and EVERYONE else does appreciate the work she does, even if some bad apples try and ruin the bunch.
Fast food is a pretty High Stress job and the employees who work at this Tim Hortons are...
Read moreI am writing to formally report a disappointing experience I had at your 2147 st Mary store on February 5th at 8:40 PM.
I ordered two croissants toasted with butter. However, after receiving them and eating a portion, I realized they had become cold, and the butter was simply placed inside without being properly toasted. After a 10-minute drive, I returned to the store to request a replacement.
I was assisted by an employee named Bavleen Singh, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening to my concern, he questioned me and insisted that the croissants had already been toasted. When I pointed out that the butter was still cold, he continued arguing rather than resolving the issue. He even claimed that they toast the croissant with butter inside, which is not the proper way it is usually served. His behavior was disrespectful and made me feel unheard as a customer.
I have been a regular customer of Tim Hortons and have never faced such poor service before. This experience was frustrating, as it wasted both my time and money. Initially, I did not ask for a refund, but after this experience, I now want my money back, as I am extremely disappointed with the service.
I strongly believe that customer service should be a priority, and staff members should be trained to handle complaints professionally rather than arguing with customers. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue with the staff and provide a resolution.
I look forward to your...
Read moreI normally have Tim's at least 5+ times a week. I work nights all over the city, so it keeps me caffeinated/awake. Working nights, it's hard to find a place that's open at night, so I was glad to see this location open. I went in and before I ordered anything, I went to the bathroom. A worker greeted me as I passed and I said hi back. I get into the bathroom and sit down. Maybe a minute later, someone pounds on the door. I said hello? Then she say "sir, we're closed now." Not sure why they didn't inform me when they first saw me. I said "oh okay." Then she says I have to leave. I said, "ok, I'll wrap it up." Then she asks how long I will be? I said that still have to wipe. I wasn't being rude or anything, but I'm not going to just pull me pants up and leave without wiping or washing my hands. She's says bluntly "you have one minute, then I'm calling the cops." I think that's insane. I mean, whatever, call the cops if you want, I still had another 8 hours left on my shift--I'm not spending the rest of my shift unwiped, just cuz you don't want to give me 5 minutes to finish up. Not like they leave at closing time anyway, they still have to clean up. Maybe I'm being a "Karen," I don't know. But I think that's super unreasonable and...
