I enjoyed walking along the Henteleff Park Trail to Normand Park on a weekday evening.
The trailhead has a small parking lot with picnic areas. The trail continues on a gravel and dirt path along the river, with some nice views along the way. There are multiple off-shoot trails and I liked the narrow one closest to the river. You can keep walking through a grassy field that connects the trail to Normand Park, and then ends at a residential neighbourhood and returns back to the trailhead. The trail led through mostly forest and it was peaceful. There was one section of forest with quite a few tent worms hanging from the trees, so watch out here (I nicknamed it the "forest of horrors"). Once the worm season is finished, this will be even more lovely.

In so many ways this park merits a five star rating BUT I’m giving it a four star rating because of all the dead wood (standing and fallen) as well as the practice of discarding vegetation (shrubs, weeds and grass) by summer staff.
