Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Witless Bay

This is hands down my favorite Tim's I've been to and I've been to the majority in the St John's and surrounding areas. Since moving out of town I've been visiting this Tim's here and there instead of going to the usual one by my work in town and I've been consistently extremely impressed. Not once since I've started coming to this one have I had a coffee made wrong (apparently cold brews are hard to make at the other tims locations) and they're so fast! The staff in the drive thru are all so friendly too. I'd give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Whoever runs this place deserves all of the credit they can get for training such...

Lunch hour on a Thursday. Lineup to the street. They had a freight delivery. I saw one, maybe two people dealing with the freight. First was a young man that dealt with paperwork and helped haul in a couple boxes. The other was a young woman who hauled all the boxes to storage by herself. After waiting 20 minutes to have my order taken, I then waited another 30 minutes just to get 2 sandwich meals. I couldn't help but notice the poor young woman that hauled all the boxes to storage also had to rush in to make the sandwiches....

I love my Timmies, but must say this location is the absolute WORST I have ever dealt with. We ordered 2 waffle breakfast sandwiches, the cashier went and checked with the cooking staff to make sure they were still “In Stock”, yep, all OK so we paid him, the cook then informs us that they did not have waffles ????? Seriously??? You ran out of stock in those 20 seconds ???? The cashier then leaves us, to go put a new milk bag into a machine, so we have to YELL at the cook (manager) to get a refund. What a waste of time...
