Little Greek accuses customers of trying to steal over an incorrect order(Breslau & Kitchener Locations)
I had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience with Little Greek involving both their Breslau and Kitchener locations.
We ordered a chicken dinner from the Breslau location, but when we arrived home, we discovered we were given a lamb dinner instead. Mistakes happen, so we decided to call and have the order corrected. Unfortunately, we accidentally called the Kitchener location. The worker there told us the Breslau location was closed for the day but assured us he would replace the incorrect order.
As we started driving to the Kitchener location, we received a call from a man who we assume was the manager. He asked about the issue, and when we explained, he became hostile, interrogating us about why we called the wrong location. We said it was an honest mistake, but instead of understanding, the conversation escalated with both men repeatedly calling us and each other, interrogating us instead of providing any real help.
One of the men even told us, "This happens too often, and it's costing us money," suggesting they would be “out $35” if they replaced the meal. He then mentioned we could come back to the store to check the camera footage of the order. To make matters worse, they implied we were trying to scam them, saying the woman who took our order had been working there for a long time and "wouldn't make a mistake like that." We had also requested and paid for extra salad dressings and that wasn't in the order bag either.
Throughout the conversation, we tried to explain that this was not good customer service, but we were repeatedly cut off, told that they needed to speak, and not given a fair chance to share our perspective.
It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated so poorly when all we wanted was to receive the correct order. Accusing a customer of trying to scam them, instead of acknowledging their mistake and offering a reasonable solution, is unacceptable. They also never called us back after we said we needed a solution.
I will not be returning to Little Greek under this management. They clearly won't be able to hang onto this business for very long. I encourage others to think twice before ordering from either the Breslau or Kitchener locations.

We discovered this Gem of a restaurant this summer, and it has now become our "go to" place for take out. Even if you don't like Greek food (not sure how this is possible though) there are other great choices on the menu and even specials! We often get the Fish and Chips special on Fridays and it is very good and excellent portion - enough for two meals! Such a value. Even the regular price is better then other fish and chip places as they use the more expensive fish. Tonight we tried the salad special with chicken and it was to die for - chicken on top was succulent, the pita was warm and fresh, and the salad dressing is sooo good. Couldn't ask for a better salad. The Greek dressing they use on their side salads and salad entree is the best greek salad dressing I have ever had - it is consistently excellent - they should start to sell it as I would be their first customer to order a bottle. I felt compelled to write a review tonight given that EVERY visit we have had here has been perfect. Good service, amazing food, reasonable prices - you just can't ask for anything more. We drive half an hour just to get this food and it is well worth while. Every person I have introduced to this restaurant has liked it and even those people are now introducing others to it who also really enjoy it. Read moreWe had placed a catering order for our Corporate lunch, we had our new SVP flying in from out of town and due to the weather he was not sure if he was going to be able to make our lunch. We called the restaurant to inquire about their cancellation policy as a curtsey to them just in case the SVP was not able to make the lunch. We simply asked a question.
The day of the lunch, we called to ask about delivery options and were informed that the order had been cancelled just for simply asking about their cancellation policy. I informed the manager/owner that we did not cancel our order. The manager/owner was very rude and told us no one had ever called them to cancel before (hard to believe) and that they cancelled our order because we called to inquire about their policy.
They have lost previous and potential customers because we will never be ordering from them or consider them for our next...
