Thai Breslau — Restaurant in Woolwich

I’ve ordered yesterday my favorite chicken cashew from the wok for a pick up so that I could eat it later for supper at work. When I opened it I was no chicken at all, only veggies, I was disappointed and meal was not what I liked and not enough without chicken for me and I love chicken. My family orders all the time from this place, when I called today to complain instead of apologizing to begin with all what they had to offer is a 50% off next purchase… I paid full price and did not get my product, I asked for another free meal or full refund but I was told numerous times that manager can only offer you is 50 % off next time. This is not how you keep customer happy, if its your fault then fix if for free. My family will not be ordering from this...

Ordered for the first time from here Saturday night, I was not impressed we didn't get the correct order, the noodles we got were very oily and soggy almost mush the flavor was bland but it did have some kick to it which was nice. Should of got a Pad thai chicken and a pho beef soup but I think we got beef curry something with beef anyways. Did appear to be busy the staff wasn't nice or rude just somewhere in the middle. The food came out hot and the inside appeared to be clean from what I could see undecided weather to try this place again or not maybe just an off night it was well before closing...

Saturday family takeout and movie night. Ordered in from Thai Breslau for the first time. We got the Dinner for Six ( pad Thai, curry chicken, sweet + sour chicken + vegetables, fried rice, steamed rice, beef with basil, spring rolls) a large wonton soup and an extra order of vermicelli (we have teenagers). Excellent - food was fresh, well prepared and very tasty. And they certainly don't skimp on the serving size: we've lots of leftovers....
