Zebra Corner Tapas Lounge — Restaurant in Fogo

Super cool location. Nice athmosphere and later in the eveving live music and a small band. Food is great. We had different spaghettis and Pizzas and all of them were delicious. You can pay by credit card. The drinks are as well very good. There you can drink a big beer from open tap (like in europe) and we can defenitly recommend the caipirinha. Very cheap, great taste and a lot of alcohol - simple what we were looking for. They have very cozy lounges to have only an drink or also for eating. A place your should visite at least once...

The restaurant is very cozy. Some seats directly at the house, others on the opposite traffic island.

Unfortunately, the service is not very good and speaks little English.

The food takes forever and doesn't really taste good. At least they were able to cook something vegetarian, although nothing like that is on the menu.

At least: The beer is really cold and...

Operating under new name: Colonial restaurant. I can't judge the food since we cancelled our order after waiting for ~90 minutes. They hadn't even started the food preparation... The place looks nice, but the menu is limited and listening to other guests that have been waiting a long time as well, the fish missed love. So we went for another...
