Great restaurant! I strongly recommend the egg-plant, and the fried manioc. While reading my review of the dishes, keep in mind my Brazilian perspective. The fried manioc was perfect! Crunchy on the surface, soft inside. Perfect! The feijoada was totally different than our Brazilian feijoada, but still tasty. This caboverdian version was a beans' soup. The omelet also delicious, they have some special herbs in it, it's was delicious too. The staff was friendly, the environment super cool. The guests were super quiet. ;) maybe all Europeans, tracking on the maintains... my group was a bit...

Incredible place. Stopped in for a short time during long hike down from Cova de Paul to Pombas. This is the first time you reach real roads. Large hall (unlike most isolated bars) with plenty of tables and chairs and a feeling of space unlike most bars you come to hiking. Owners very kind and friendly. Dog less excited but part of the setup! Several locally made fruit grogues (fruits, not just grogue from the area) which tasted exceptional and woke me up!! Perfect stop off in...

Perfect place for a stop During the hike or after it. In an impressive environment like the Paul’s Valley, this cottage is the perfect spot to have lunch. The homemade fresh cheeses are delicious. Cachupa guisada is also very nice Special mention to the omelets, they were different and suuuuper nice to have after the hike. Take a few minutes to admire the garden the owner has in the backyard....

Parar para comer aquí es lo mejor para realizar durante la caminata. Comida local a buen precio y muy rico. Nos encantó los quesos.
