Casas del Bosque Winery in Casablanca is a must-visit for any wine enthusiast. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning scenery and impeccable facilities. The winery itself is a work of art, seamlessly blending modern architecture with the natural beauty of the Casablanca Valley. Our guide, Alejandro, was the icing on the cake. His friendly demeanor and in-depth knowledge of the wines made the tasting experience truly memorable. He patiently answered all our questions and helped us appreciate the subtle nuances of each varietal. We learned so much about the winemaking process and the unique terroir of the Casablanca Valley. The highlight of our visit was the wine tasting itself. We were treated to a generous selection of their finest wines, each one more delicious than the last. The tasting was accompanied by knowledgeable commentary from Alejandro, who helped us understand the unique characteristics of each wine and how they paired with the food. Beyond the exceptional wines and service, what truly sets Casas del Bosque apart is its commitment to sustainability. The winery is LEED-certified and uses eco-friendly practices throughout its operations. We were impressed by their dedication to preserving the environment for future generations. If you're looking for a world-class wine tasting experience in a stunning setting, look no further than Casas del Bosque Winery. You won't be...

So before I start I was really debating on giving this place a three star but decided to give them a four based on the actual taste of my main plate. I believe the portions to be on the smaller side for not really being super fine dining. The taste was fantastic. I got angus with potatoes. The potatoes were so good but didn’t get enough. There version of pisco sour isn’t with pisco as they are a vineyard and only do wine they make it with white wine. It wasn’t bad but the drink taste like a flat bubbly. There bubbly Bo on the other hand is delicious, definitely loved that! We had the empanada which was one big one for an appetizer. Usually empanadas as an appetizer are small and you get multiple ones this one was like ordering one and just eating that, otherwise it was fresh and delicious. Also had there infusion te and it was good. The reason I wanted to give them a three was because I made the reservations with more than 2 weeks in advance and it was for a special occasion and when we got there it was as if they had nothing reserved and they put it together when we got there and I didn’t appreciate that aspect of it. There was no silverware put out or plates, we had to ask for it as our appetizers arrived and we had nothing to eat it with or place it on. Otherwise the set up is really pretty and would go back and give them a...

Casa del Bosque is an exceptional winery located in the heart of the Casablanca Valley in Chile. I had the pleasure of visiting this winery during my recent trip to Chile, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their wines and the stunning scenery surrounding the vineyards.

The winery's tasting room is beautifully designed with floor-to-ceiling. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service and guiding us through a tasting of some of their finest wines. Their Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir were particularly outstanding, and I was impressed with the complexity and depth of flavor in each glass.

Beyond the wines, the winery also has a beautiful outdoor area where visitors can relax and take in the breathtaking views of the vineyards and surrounding hills. The landscape is truly awe-inspiring, and I would highly recommend taking a stroll through the vineyards to fully appreciate the natural beauty of the area.

Overall, Casa del Bosque is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Chile. Their wines are exceptional, and the winery offers a unique and unforgettable experience for wine lovers and casual visitors alike. The combination of outstanding wine, breathtaking scenery, and excellent service make Casa del Bosque one of the best wineries in Chile, and I cannot...

The lunch experience was a wonderful disaster. First an order of sparkling wine was forgotten and only was delivered to the table when the salad arrived. This should have been a pre-lunch drink. Secondly, the salad was prepared with greens that had been cut the day before with brown and dark ends where cuts had been made. Additionally, no napkins had been set at the table and we had to request them. Next, the bottle of wine that we had ordered had been forgotten by the server who took the original order and has to be ordered again. Once the wine service was finally prepared, that was the last we saw of anyone to refill our wine glasses. (Remember, this is a winery where selling wine is the most important thing) additionally, we bought the most expensive bottle they had to offer... My main course, the "seared trout" was properly cooked but without any seasoning at all, this bland. My wife ordered the seared tuna. Her tuna was refrigerator cold on the inside which quickly permeated to the "seared" exterior, making the serving very unappetizing. It went uneaten. Really a nice setting, but outside of that, the service, the attention to customers, the food quality and the wine fell far short of a good experience. I'll return 100 times to Mendoza Argentina for winery lunches before coming back to Chile.
