It has been so nice eating here and having so many options of food that ive never tried before, they dont just have lomo like most of the restaurants. The chef was amazing and took his time explaining the dishes and we could choose what kind of sauce and side dish We ordered scallops, locos and fish with a clamp sauce and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely give the panna cotta a try too

Si te gusta comer bien y conocer lo mejor de la comida local, DEBES pasar a este restaurante. El chef Giancarlo ofrecerá personalmente las distintas preparaciones y te guiará para que puedas tomar la mejor decisión respecto a la carta. De entrada, pedimos un carpaccio de loco, buenísimo! Pedimos 2 preparaciones distintas de corvina, un lujo! (De pesca artesanal sustentable) Y no pierdan la oportunidad de probar el pisco sour que prepara don Carlos! El lugar está impecablemente limpio y ordenado. Quizás faltaría algo más de adorno temático o música de fondo, pero es sólo un detalle. Lamentablemente resulta difícil acceder al restaurante por los trabajos públicos que se realizan en el exterior, no hay señalética que ayude el restaurante e indique por donde pasar y la que existe apenas indica correctamente los trabajos, mal ahí por la gestión municipal. De todas formas, vale totalmente la pena caminar 1 o 2 cuadras, dependiendo de donde te estaciones, puedes llegar desde la esquina del banco estado o por la esquina del banco BCI, frente a la comisaría. Idealmente escribir al WhatsApp para conocer si está abierto y reservar.

Delicious food and great vegan options. It felt like a personal dining experience, with a lot of attention from the friendly chef, who came out to chat with us about the food. He's well-travelled and knows a lot of about different world cuisines. Note: the place is a bit difficult to find because of the neighbouring construction works.

This unpretentious restaurant is one of those places, with fantastic food, better than I have eaten in much more upmarket restaurants around the world. The best food in 500km radius. Do not miss this place if you are in Chañaral or driving through. The chef Giancarlo is so passionate about food and cooking, gives you the most personalized service and the food is amazing. If you love local seafood, this is the best place to enjoy it.
