Very, very poor service. We waited several minutes to be spoken to upon entering. After being seated at a table, it was approximately 15 minutes before the waiter come to take our order. No apology for the wait or anything.

The churrascos were fine although they burned part of the bread on mine. My daughter’s chicken tasted like fish — it was obviously cooked in the same oils.

It’s such a shame that such a nice place has such poor service and underperforming food.

They have a large menu and good service. cheapest meal starts at CLP9.000 but a good steak is CLP14.000. But for a fancy restaurant (with fancy prices) the food isn't all that fantastic.
