We recently discovered this restaurant tucked away in an industrial building, offering a delightful sea view for lunch. The ambiance was fantastic, the service was decent, and the food was generally enjoyable.
We opted for the slow-cooked beef flank steak and the risotto with scallops and mushrooms. The beef was exquisitely prepared, boasting a wonderful charcoal flavor, and the accompanying wedges were crispy and delicious. However, we were slightly disappointed with the mushrooms in the risotto, as they turned out to be dry and difficult to chew. We expressed our concerns to the staff, who informed us that the mushrooms were intentionally prepared this way, although they were too firm for our personal liking.
To conclude our meal, we indulged in coffee and tiramisu. The dessert was truly delightful, with a distinct rum flavour that provided a pleasant kick.
All in all, our lunch experience was satisfactory, although the prices were slightly on the higher side. I would encourage the staff to address the issue of the overly firm mushrooms to enhance the overall...

After a morning walk to the Cape Collision battery, my wife and I went in search of lunch. As we ventured into the industrial building and up to the 12th Floor, we weren't sure we were in the right place. What a lovely surprise we found. Modern, clean, functional. Wonderful friendly service. A very tasty set lunch. My highlight was a small citrus tart for desert. I wanted to order a dozen to take home with me.
Note: For me, 4 stars is above average. Amino is certainly that. I'm not often in Chai Wan, but I'll but back for another lunch another day.

Read more咁啱去柴灣做嘢,响Google地圖搵吓有咩好嘢食,見到呢間餐廳幾高分就訂位食個lunch。
Lunch時間餐廳大約一半滿。我揀咗望海的座位。Lunch set我揀咗餐湯、慢煮牛腩排、熱Latte,另外加個Tiramisu。
餐湯係磨菇湯,磨菇幾足料,細細粒有少少咬口,唔知係咪我偏重口味,我覺得好似落唔夠鹽。餐包係普通嘉頓餐包,有焗番熱,甚至有少少燶/脆皮面添。
主菜慢煮牛腩排,上菜個樣都幾好,雖然將兩塊扒疊起嚟上菜我覺得有少少怪。切開舊扒,中間有一條好粗嘅牛血管我唔係好切得斷。佢配俾我嘅係普通餐刀,所以問佢有冇扒刀,結果佢話冇。如是者,我每切一吓都要同嗰條血管搏鬥。牛扒調味係鹽同黑椒,味道唔錯。我係order medium,本來切開我覺得都ok,但食食吓發覺有啲奇怪,因為一碟扒切開有三個唔同嘅熟度,中間流晒血,最邊嗰度煮到變咗全熟。本來煎扒熟度唔均勻係可以理解嘅,畢竟牛扒都有厚薄唔均勻。但係,佢自稱「慢煮」咁就有問題喇。慢煮嘅medium係應該浸到塊扒變粉紅色,唔滲血,再輕輕煎番個牛扒表面,增加番個煎嘅香氣。所以慢煮嘅扒應該係成塊都差唔多熟。如果唔打算用慢煮嘅方法,其實menu唔寫嗰兩個字唔會影響個presentation嘅?
伴碟嘅蔬菜落咗醋同蒜蓉汁,比較特別。個薯蓉最好食,牛油味好香,真係用薯仔嚟推,唔係薯蓉粉開。
Tiramisu味道係正常嘅,不過食落仲係太凍,有少少未退冰嘅感覺,如果提早少少拎出嚟放室溫會比較好。同埋咖啡味可以再重啲,感覺上啲餅未浸夠咖啡。
杯Latte有少少震驚到我,雖然我都估佢係咖啡機出嚟,但個奶泡面好似生嘢咁一撻撻真係好樣衰。飲落冇問題嘅,正常味道。
响柴灣工廠區收得$248+10%,評分又咁高,本來有少少期望。可能柴灣區嚟講佢係好頂尖?食完我唔明點解會係4-5分。非常普通嘅港式西餐,材料係靚嘅但煮法有待改善。
