来北京当然要吃全聚德烤鸭啦… 上周和家人到北京玩，回家那天中午预订了全聚德前门店，据说这家是全聚德的起源店。事先在大众点评网上预订了座位，当天按时到达。可能是周二的关系吧，进店发现人没有传说中的那么多…领位员直接把我们带到了二楼，说是服务费要比一楼大堂增加5%，也就是15%。这么大老远的过来，图个清净，加就加了呗… 落座后服务员大致介绍了烤鸭文化，没多久就看到鸭子上来了。厨房师傅是当面片鸭子的，先片的烤鸭皮要乘热吃，接下来片的鸭肉鸭皮成块状，用来包饼吃，最后鸭骨架可以选择煲汤或打包带走。 整个过程服务也谈不上好，但是也还算可以的，有叫必应,毕竟二楼人少，中午过去就两桌客人。对个人而言...
