คุณภาพของวัตถุดิบที่นี่ จัดว่าเทพ ความมั่นใจในคุณภาพ ถึงขั้นให้ ลวกเนื้อสัตว์ กลับน้ำเปล่า ปกติเราจะกินกับน้ำซุปที่ปรุงรสมาแล้ว ที่นี่ลวกกับน้ำเปล่า และกินกับน้ำจิ้ม ที่มีเพียงซอสถั่ว น้ำมันพริก และผักโรย

คำแรกแรกก็แอบตกใจนิดหน่อย แต่กินไปเรื่อยเรื่อย ก็ดีนะ ได้รับรสชาติของวัตถุดิบเต็มๆ แอบชอบเหมือนกัน

清真回教徒友善店家 還不錯吃但很清淡 湯頭都是清水加中藥材而已 超級無敵清甚至沒啥味道 想吃食物原味的非常歡迎 不過也有另外給很奇特的麻醬可以沾 味道是過去這輩子不曾吃過的麻醬 整體來說吃起來都還不錯 只是我隔天一早五點起來 ...
