Big chain and not the best duck I have had in China. Have had much better experiences elsewhere. Was very disappointed.
We had a private room and it was quite tatty.
The duck was sliced into some pretty patterns but i don't think this was anything special. Also, too much fat and the sliced duck had skin and fat on each. This is not the best way. Need to separate out at least some lean and some fat.
Condiments included spring onion and hoisin sauce only. That's terrible.
Cost was ¥4000 for 9. Too hyped.
If your a duck fan, you can do much better by going to a place like Siji Minfu. Thats duck mastery and plenty of other good dishes...
