肉燕味道是蠻香的，但是吃完……味精下的還真重。1876年老店！來福州一定要嚐的店，作為觀光客只是點嚐！但是店員還把收的碗筷放在我座位正前面！教育訓練真差，真是沒有禮貌！不建議！

肉燕味道是蠻香的，但是吃完……味精下的還真重。1876年老店！來福州一定要嚐的店，作為觀光客只是點嚐！但是店員還把收的碗筷放在我座位正前面！教育訓練真差，真是沒有禮貌！不建議！

同利肉燕是福建福州一带的著名地方风味小吃，创始于清光绪二年（一八七六年），至今已传承五代，历经三朝。肉燕选用猪后腿的精肉，配以上好的番薯粉，通过精细复杂的工序手工打制而成。圆头散尾，形同飞燕，入眼如润玉翡翠，入口则滑嫩清脆，其口感和形状均不同于馄饨。 肉燕与鸭蛋共煮，因福州话里鸭蛋与“压乱”、“压浪”谐音，寓意“太平”，而又有“太平燕”之说。太平燕也是福州风俗中的喜庆名菜。福州人逢年过节，婚丧喜庆，亲友聚别，必吃“太平燕”，即取其“太平”、“平安”之吉利，故“无燕不成宴，无燕不成年”。肉燕亦由此成为馈赠佳品，为福...
