Lixiang Squab — Restaurant in Harbin

A great restaurant to try different meat for carnivores.

Normal diners may not tell the difference between chicken and squab. The textures are similar while squab meat is tighter.

The crispy squab and pepper squab has more flavor than original squab. Original is a bit flat. Seasoning is the most important factor as After BBQ, the squab tastes almost the same.

The rest vege and fried meat are ok. Diners shall order some fresh vege to balance the oil taste.
