This Genki Sushi located inside Island Resort Mall, mostly visited by neighborhood only. No comment on the food of chain restaurant, and their service just average. Came here for early lunch, no waiting at all, but it's already full after 30mins. The restaurant is clean, and staff are friendly. However, it's lack of staff, as the staffs are not...

時有缺貨, 可能人流不足! 4/7(三)晚不愉快經歷, 我們5人有老有嫩(72號籌)需要等卡位, 當時有很多人門外等待, 全店只有7張卡位, 門口派員Ducky出奇地胡亂安排, 2人坐6人卡位(近門口的第一張卡位),貴公司可check單19:00有多少消費), 另兩張卡位未夠半數人在壩位(貴公司可check入座時間及落單時間,裡面數第一張至及三張卡位), 最後68號籌的客人只得一個人入座, 店員Ducky照派位(裡面數第二張卡位), 我就問她:"為什麼只有一人到可何以給她6人卡位? 其他鋪是需要超過一半人數才派檯的." Ducky回覆"該位客的家人落緊樓. 這裡沒有這個規則"最後約25分鐘後他們的家人才出現!!! 另外Ducky自己攪錯唔記得應承了80號籌客人會之後安排, 又話80籌客人無出現(其實80籌的女士就站在門口), 所以無安排(其實是自己漏了安排) 還要寸人話已經叫了很多之次(我可以証實一聱都沒有), 最後Ducky自己好像開恩施捨派檯給80籌的女士,(貴公司可以致電查實80籌客人);...
