Fortune Harbour Restaurant — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Food was nice but staff were next level bad. Waiters seemed to be angry that we came to a restaurant to eat food there. Travesty! They also forced us to have a dish we didn’t order. The ticket clearly stated different number than our table but they started arguing with us and getting aggressive so we just left it because it was making the older guests at our table uncomfortable. Staff really need to check their attitudes as the newer generation isn’t having this anymore. Soon they’ll have no customers left.

Edit: came here again in Jan ‘24 and while the staff had a better attitude, the food has gone downhill, did not enjoy at all. Unfortunately neither of these visits was my choice, just following in-laws but will try to avoid this place as much as possible...

The restaurant is located within a public housing estate. The price was very reasonable and no additional charges on tea and service. The quality of dishes was mixed. The ordinary Chinese dishes were ok, like the deep fried chicken and steamed fish were good. Anything slightly different from what traditional Chinese restaurant would offer didn't...

Terrible service! Servers were rude and impolite .

8 of us went for an early dinner at 5:30pm. We were literally the first guest of that session, but the servers insisted we to be seated at a table for 6 although many empty big tables.
