Was recommended to this restaurant. Passed by once during dinner on a didi and decided to visit here the next day. Very easy to find it's very near the metro station, the location is a bit far off here but still on the same road. It's better to use a local map app to get the exact location. It looked dark from the outside I didn't expect after opening the door the it was pretty packed inside. Asked for a table and was still able to get one within minutes. Could see the place is quite popular and food should be pretty good based on the awards that were hung on the wall? Asked the staff taking my order for some recommendations but she seems quite fickle minded. She asked me to pick this then changed to another and another. I told her I was alone and I couldn't eat a lot so would be better to recommended the popular or signature dishes. In the end ordered the noodles set with a soup and drink. The idea of lu mian is totally different from what I perceived, it looks more like fried bee hoon in Asian countries than lu mian. The garlic looks scary in green but it was actually quite tasty and it complemented the lu mian very well. Ordered the soup because it was super cheap as well, and the soda drink turned out to be quite nice too, I liked it because it was marketed as soda but it's only very mildly fizzy. Also ordered a fried dish, was told it would be deep fried shredded carrot but turned out there was potato as well hence it was very filling. Nice place to enjoy some local food and definitely worth trying. All in all not bad experience and pocket friendly prices.
