Been repeat customer for years. If you expect to see/eat sea urchin like in a Japanese sushi bar, you will be disappointed. Sea urchin harvest is seasonal so it's not all year round offer. However, i like more of their local seafood, my favorite is 椒鹽大尾魷,this type of squid is much better than the ordinary one that you could find in most restaurants over HK. And, they really cook it in the right way, coating not so thick while still keeps the crispy texture. They don't offer fancy fish so it's not absolutely necessary to have it steam, fried could be a better option sometimes. Usually, Mrs. Chan will give you good advice. (Tips: u could ask Mrs Chan if there is off menu good stuff e.g. 狗爪螺 Capitulum mitella. It's way much better than those in Europe, i tried in France and Spain. They are big and meaty but taste so and so. Those in this area is small but taste really great. A checklist item for seafood lovers).

(Yet, the revise way would be better as the taxi queue is always long and there is no guarantee that you...
