Starbucks (Double Cove Place) — Restaurant in Sha Tin District

So i reviewed this place 2 years ago, but I'm here again b/c they apparently have no desire to improve. Since i know their staff's comprehension is limited, i stated my order in an organized fashion: 2 sandwiches, 2 same drinks. 1 cranberry chicken, 1 bbq pork, only heat the chicken. 2 peppermint mocha, only 1 needs less sweet and no cream. Tall to grande with free upgrades. The staff made me repeat EACH item 3 times, and when i looked at the receipt, she STILL missed 1 drink, and didn't even know to apologize. 🙄 Makes me wonder whether starbucks train their staff AT ALL. I've had starbucks in many cities, HK's is by far the worst. Forget about special orders, or the fabled long spell-like orders; they can't even get regular menu items right. 🙄

Staff are nice , I almost come here few times a month .

My favorite was always hazelnut crawl but I stopped ordering it after I experienced last three times as they were dry and out dated (btw I used to be a hygiene supervisor in HK , so I’m pretty sure what I was served).

As I lost my hope on hazelnut crawl and this time it wasn’t there anyway , I ordered a croissant and a cinnamon danish with my coffee.

And this time cinnamon danish wasn’t fresh .

What I guess this is management or manager’s problem as baristas are only provide the service the way that managers ask.

So please be nice to customers and serve fresh stuff as you guys already making pretty good profit in this business .

Will I come here again ? Probably yea.. but also will keep telling people what they will get when they come here .

This little Starbucks is located on the 2/F of the Double Cove Place shopping arcade, just a couple minutes from the Wu Kai Sha MTR Station. It is open from 7am to 9pm daily and has a small indoor seating area, expected range of coffee drinks and behind the counter food items.

Stopped here recently and enjoyed a seasonal - Cold Brew coffee with Pumpkin Spice Cream. This was surprisingly pretty good, cold and went down well on the warm afternoon. Not a drink I would usually get from Starbucks but thought why not. Afterwards, I could see myself ordering this...
