Our first meal in Shanghai, happened to walk by and decided to give it a try. Ordered various dishes. Nothing too fancy, but good variety, flavors and tastes were reasonably okay. Overall, acceptable! Probably deserved a 3.5! Service could be better and the restaurant could be cleaner, it was filled with cigarette smoke (this was towards the end of busy lunch hour)!
