Haidilao Hot Pot — Restaurant in Shanghai

This restaurant is amazing. The staffs are all very attentive. They don't walk but run to you. When there is a wait, you are served with unending supply of snacks that includes fresh cucumber, cherry tomatoes, crackers. No problem if it is your first time or you don't know Chinese. They will ask someone who speaks English to guide and accompany you, recommend dishes and the various sauces. And they have lots of delicious sauces. Don't forget to order their specialty noodle where someone will perform the noodle pulling dance for you. They will attend to your drinks, hot towels. Really first rate. I will definitely come back or recommend others. One final note: I love that cute apron that they let you wear...

上海 SHANGHAI ... 海底捞 Haidilao Hot Pot （Hǎidǐlāo - ไหตี่เลา) 🍲 เมื่อนึกถึงชาบูน้ำซุปร้อนๆ สี่ช่องที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ น้ำจิ้มที่จะต้องรังสรรค์ให้อร่อยด้วยตัวเอง ก็คงไม่พลาดที่จะต้องเป็นร้านนี้

ครั้งแรกที่ได้ไปทานที่เซี่ยงไฮ้เป็นสาขาที่อยู่ในเมือง ตอนนั้นคนเยอะมาก แม้ว่าจะเที่ยงคืนแล้ว แต่คนก็ยังเต็มร้านอยู่เลย การบริการไม่ต้องพูดถึง ทุกคนรู้ดีว่าจัดเต็ม 10/10 ตอนเราไปทาน พอพนักงานรู้ว่าเราเป็นคนต่างชาติ ก็มีการชวนคุย แล้วพอขากลับก็เอาผลไม้ใส่กล่องกับขนมทานเล่นให้กลับบ้านไปด้วย ❤️

สูตรที่เราทานบ่อยเวลาสั่ง : ซุปหมาล่า ซุปเห็ด ซุปมะเขือเทศ อีกช่องเลือกน้ำเปล่า 🐷 ส่วนของสดต่างๆอันนี้แล้วแต่ความชอบของแต่ละคนเลย แต่ที่อยากแนะนำคือ ⭐️ เต้าหู้!!! อร่อยทุกอย่างจริงๆ โดยเฉพาะ ฟองเต้าหู้ทอด ฟองเต้าหู้สด เส้นมันเทศ

🍢 เวลาไปรอคิว : ถ้าไม่ทำเล็บก็ทานขนมหรือว่าน้ำปั่น แต่ขนมที่นู่นมีอย่างนึงที่อร่อยมาก คล้ายคอร์นเน่ แต่แข็งกว่าและเข้มข้นกว่า (เราไปเจอใน Shopee เรียกว่าขนมเขี้ยวเสือ)

สรุปโดยรวม: ยังไงก็เป็นร้านชาบูที่เรานึกถึงตลอด ราคาอาจจะค่อนข้างสูงหน่อย แต่ว่าการบริการและรสชาติที่ได้รับก็ถือว่าคุ้มนะ
