Aixijiao Noodles Restaurant — Restaurant in Shantou

No-nonsense restaurant serving some classic Chaozhou dishes. Service is fast, although ‘atmosphere’ is best described by the plastic stools for seats. Don’t get me wrong though, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Oyster pancakes were very good with lots of oysters and a decent chewy texture combined with crisp on the eggs. 汕頭歷史悠久的食店。 外漂汕頭人的情意結，回鄉時，必定需要到此吃上一碗乾麵。

愛西乾麵，就是一碗肉片麻醬拌麵，和一碗鹹酸菜豬雜魚片魚餃湯。 小份 20元，大份 25元。 若然不太餓，一人份，點小份已經足夠。 味道不錯。
